Pier Beerda

Insolvency / Corporate

Pier graduated from law school with honours. He has worked as a lawyer since 2012 and joined HerikVerhulst in 2019. Pier advises various companies, including family-run businesses, and helps them where necessary to resolve conflicts, both in and out of court. He also assists receivers in bankruptcy cases, including those involving litigation against banks and in liability matters. Pier himself is also regularly appointed by the court as a receiver.

Pier is accessible, pragmatic and quick in thought and action. Pier looks for creative solutions where possible, but does not shy away from litigation if necessary.

Based on this registration, Pier is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
