Kees has worked as a lawyer at HerikVerhulst since 1985. His areas of special expertise are corporate law and insolvency law. Kees advises businesses in a wide variety of transactions and, if all else fails, is not afraid to litigate on his clients’ behalf. He has specialist experience in the transport and logistics sectors. Kees is regularly appointed by the court to act as an administrator and as a receiver. Clients describe Kees’ approach as resolute, balanced and result-oriented.
