Our team in the M&A practice group is active in the mid-market segment and specialises in guiding mergers, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments and joint ventures in all conceivable forms (with the exception of stock exchange transactions). Our clients include buyers, vendors, private equity parties and (informal) investors, and each year we assist in a wide range of transactions. Special interests
Each transaction involves particular interests. We will draw up an inventory of these interests and bear them in mind at all times during the process. We are aware that a vendor will have different interests to a buyer, and that a minority shareholder’s interests will be different to those of a majority shareholder. We also realise that parties have a shared interest: the successful completion of the transaction.
